1. Social Plugins
1.1 Facebook-Plugins (Like-Button)
Salvision Design uses social plugins provided by the social network facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, United States (“Facebook”). The plugins are identifiable by a Facebook logo (letter f on grey background or a thumb up icon) or the notice “Facebook Social Plugin”. For a full list of all social plugins please see developers.facebook.com/plugins.
When you visit a page of my website that contains a social plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to Facebook servers. Facebook directly transfers the plugin content to your browser which embeds the latter into the website, enabling Facebook to receive information about your having accessed the respective page of my website. Thus I have no influence on the data gathered by the plugin and inform you according to my state of knowledge.
The embedded plugins provide Facebook with the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of my website. If you are logged into Facebook, your visit can be assigned to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking “Like” the corresponding information is transmitted from your browser directly to Facebook and stored by it. Even if you are not logged into Facebook, there is possibility that the plugins transmits your IP-address to Facebook.
If you are a Facebook member and do not want Facebook to connect the data concerning your visit to my website with your member data already stored by Facebook, please log off Facebook before entering my website. Further you can block Facebook social Plugins by using add-ons for your browser, like the “Facebook Blocker“.
Plugins by the short message network Twitter Inc., 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco CA 94103, United States are integrated into my website. You can identify the Twitter plugins (tweet button) from the Twitter logo on my website. When you call up a page of my website containing such a plugin, a direct connection is created between your browser and the Twitter server. Twitter is thus informed that you have visited my site with your IP address. If you click on the Twitter tweet button while you are logged in to your Twitter account, you can link the content of my pages to your Twitter profile, which means that Twitter can match your visit to my website to your user account. I want to point out that I, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the data transmitted or how it is used by Twitter. You can find out more information on this here: www.twitter.com/privacy.
If you do not wish Twitter to assign your visit to my website to your account, you should please log out of your Twitter user account.

2. Integration of Services and Contents of Third Parties
It may be the case that contents of third parties, such as YouTube videos, Google Maps map material will be integrated into the entire Website of Salvision Design. This will always imply that the providers of such contents (hereinafter referred to as “Third-Party Providers”) are able to see the user’s IP address. This is due to the fact that they could not send the contents to the browser of the respective user without such IP address. The IP address will thus only be necessary to display such contents. Salvision Design will endeavour to only use those contents whose respective providers will solely use the IP address to send the contents. However, Salvision Design will not have any influence in this respect if the Third-Party Providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. To the extent that this is known, Salvision Design will communicate this to the user.
